1. What a review says

A verified listing means: a member of our editorial team used the tool on the stated date and recorded what they found. The published information refers exclusively to that point in time and to the source cited in each case.

In particular, a review does not state that

  • the tool is secure or free of vulnerabilities;
  • the vendor actually complies with its data protection obligations (we record what it publicly commits to, not what it does);
  • use in your specific case is permissible;
  • the information is still accurate after the review date;
  • the tool is suitable for your purpose.

2. The GDPR check in particular

The GDPR check answers eight questions based on information the vendor makes publicly available. It checks whether this information exists and what it says, not whether it is complied with. It does not replace a data protection impact assessment, a case-by-case review of a data processing agreement (DPA), or advice from a data protection officer or a lawyer. An answer given does not give rise to any claim against us.

3. Timeliness

Prices, features and privacy information change frequently, sometimes without notice. Reviews become due again after 180 days; until then, information may be outdated. The review date is shown with every piece of information. Unverified listings come from public sources and have not been checked by us; they are labeled accordingly. The vendor's own information is always authoritative.

4. Ratings are expressions of opinion

The score from 0 to 100 is an editorial assessment based on a disclosed methodology and is therefore an expression of opinion, not a statement of fact. It can be neither bought nor negotiated. Anyone who considers it inaccurate can report a correction at any time.

5. External links

We link to third-party offerings. We have no influence over their content, availability, prices or data processing and accept no responsibility for them. Only the terms of the respective provider apply. When you leave the website of NLP GmbH, our Privacy Policy no longer applies; the policy of the destination site applies instead.

6. Trademarks and logos

Product names, word marks and logos of the listed tools belong to their respective owners. We use them solely descriptively to identify the respective offering; this does not imply, and we do not claim, any business relationship, partnership or endorsement by the vendor.

The logos shown are the image files that each vendor makes publicly available on its own website. We mirror them on our servers instead of loading them from there, so that no third-party server learns who is reading these pages. Each listing states when a file was retrieved. Where we found no logo, we show a neutral monogram of our own design; we do not use redrawn logos.

Rights holders who do not want their logo used can let us know informally via the correction form or at support@multiple.chat. We will remove it within five business days without further inquiry; the listing itself is not affected and will then show a monogram. Removal of the entire listing is handled via this form.

7. Advertising and commercial interests

Vendors can pay for review and placement. Paid placements are labeled as an Ad, and their links carry rel="sponsored". Ratings and sort order are not affected by this; details are set out in the editorial guidelines and under Advertising & Affiliate Transparency.

8. No advice, no recommendation in the legal sense

Content on the website of NLP GmbH is provided for information purposes. It does not constitute advice or a recommendation to procure or use any particular tool. Decisions based on this content are made at your own responsibility.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and the amount is limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations and mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Availability

We strive for continuous operation but do not guarantee it. Interruptions due to maintenance, malfunctions or actions of third parties are possible.
