Right of Withdrawal

Who does this apply to? Private individuals (consumers). Anyone who orders the service for a business has no statutory right of withdrawal. Regardless of this, our rejection rule applies: if we decline on editorial grounds, we refund in full. Other reasons, such as a low rating, a lack of clicks or a later wish for removal, do not trigger a voluntary refund.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NLP GmbH, Untere Wiltisgasse 5, 8700 Küsnacht, Switzerland, email support@multiple.chat) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
In practice, this means: if you want the review to start immediately rather than after 14 days, we ask for exactly this consent expressly during checkout, with a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked. Without this consent, we only begin after the withdrawal period has expired. You can always choose either: start immediately or keep the full right of withdrawal.
Once a service that was expressly started immediately has been fully performed, there is no voluntary right to a refund merely because you disagree with the result, the rating, the reach or the publication. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
